how can you tell the Exhaust Pipe (header) needs replacement 200 1992

You get a loud annoying as hell rattle at certain RPMs. The noise may come only in certain gears. It also may not sound off unless the engine is pulling.

"Exactly - 1600 rpm is it on my '93. Alsio, all of the heat shields on the cat will rattle like hell. It will also cause exhaust leaks at the manifold and cat because of the vibration and unsupported weight"

On my 1980, the bracket would give out about every five years. On this item I wouldn't bother with junkyard parts. Just shop for the cheapest dealer price.

"The attaching brace on the header pipe where the through bolt attaches is what corrodes away, not the bracket I'm looking for. I'm going to replace the header pipe because of this but want to mount it properly."
