3-2-1 = cold starter valve code 700 1990

If my memory serves me correcly, there was a service bulletin that come out when the car was new. It required the start injector to be wired to the starter,so it would allow more fuel during starting. I remember there was a rather long crank time, customers were complaining about. This solves the problem, but sets a fault code. Not all cars,of course had this change. It was up to dealer and the customer. Most cars were done at the dealership here. You can check your car for a wire that has been added from the starter to the start injector harness. Mine has a small cut in the harness. You see this easily from looking under the intake manifold.I have 1990 740 with this modification and sets the same fault. It work just like the service bulletin explains.
