Removing 780 Headrests 700

Okay...

Another seat question. How do you remove the front headrests on the 780. People say it's the same as the 740 but I've tried everything. I can't seem to find the two "buttons". The leather is much tighter in the section where they are in the 740. Do I need to lift up the leather to find them or is it totally different. The headrests are the height adjustable ones if that makes any difference.
