replace it, not too much $$ 700 1989

about $20-30 depending on where you grab it from. i wouldn't buy it from the dealer, as i seem to remember them charging and arm and a leg for it. just jack up the car, and remove the 8 (if you still have all 8 that is) bolts for it, and take out the old one. clean the threads of the bolts and the screwholes, and put the new splash pan in. will take you about 15 minutes tops.

if you need replacement bolts for the thing, get it from the dealer or from www.ipdusa.com i only have 3 holding it up, but it's still sturdy. i'll get replacements eventually.
