Help...Engine will not start 200

1988 240
I swap the engine for a newer one, used all the the original stuff of the old block. The engine floods and will not start. Swap injectors, no gas, old injectors it floods. The injectors been sitting about six months.
Can the injectors be tested of the car? (the engine does not start any way), did I cross the electrical connectors?. the engine turns over fine. timing seems to be ok. what I do???? Are all the injectors the same?
Your help is appreciated, I really need this car.
