Try to keep the PB (or any oil) from sneaking into the brake lines. PB's an oil-based product and won't be kind to your brake seals. The seals are rubber, and oil-based products will soften and harm rubber.

(Conventional brake fluid is a complex, long-chain alcohol or polyether compound.)
