Power Lock Actuator

You would need to install a power lock motor (you called it an actuator) in the driver's door and a swtich in the passenger's door and run one addtional pair of wires to each from the Central Locking Relay. The locking motors will swap right to left with a flip. I don't know if the switch mechanism around the lock cylinder would fit. If it didn't, you would need to get the switch from a 1986-87 car that fits on the rod for the locking knob.

It might be easier to add the locking motor to the driver's door and add a remote unlocking relay to actuate the Central Locking Relay.
