HELP!!!!! - Oil leak from the Oil Filler Cap 700

I changed all the hoses associated with the crankcase ventalation system: hoses and breather box. The breather box was cleaned out and all the new hoses have new clamps.

When I perform the "jiggle" test( loosen the filler cap with the engine on), the cap rattles around like it's doing the jig and oil starts to spit out.

What is the problem? What else do I have to change?

Please HELP!!!
