Good write up with one exception. We do not all have a scopes in our home garages. A digital meter (high impedance) will do fine to check O2 sensor output. Also all LH2.0 and 2.2 systems have the lambda sond (O2) test connector output from the ECU which signals when mixture is OK and enables easy mixture adjustment at the AMM. Just testing the O2 sensor at it's connector does not ensure proper operation of the system.
