Fuel dripping from fuel tank! Oh no! 700

Hi. I have a post from a couple months ago complaining of pretty much "loss of power under load". Obviously a fuel problem, so I was planning on changing the fuel filter to see if that helped any, before spending the $$$ on a new in-tank pump.

Today I went to pick up my mum from work, since her car wouldn't start, and when I got there, I couldn't restart the engine. I hit the fuel filter with my shoe, and it started right up. Just to ensure this wasn't another "out-of-fuel experience", I topped it off... 2 gallons.

When we arrived home, I took a gander under the car, and I saw a non-viscous fluid dripping from the fuel tank... sniff it, it's gas. Rut roh.

I'll be finding where the leak is coming from after work today. I have a feeling the leak will be visible from inside the trunk, which is already pretty taken apart. I drove onto my wheelstands (?) and the problem seems worse than when it was just sitting there, thus I'm thinking it's a gasket around the in-tank-pump/fuel-sender probie dealie, or one of the associated tubes.

So now for the question part: Where is the most likely source of the leak, and could it be related to any other (pumplike) part of the fuel system failing?

Looks like I'll be driving the more-reliable-but-looks-like-its-5-minutes-from-the-junkyard "draggin" wagon. Didn't I buy a new car cuz I thought it was on it's last legs?
