Another way to look at it.......... 200 1988

From the 1988 Volvo WDM Service manual

#1, Green - Fuse No. 8, constant power

#2, Black - Fuse No. 1, key controlled power

#3, Red - power antenna, amp turn on.

#4, Yellow/white - LF speaker positive

#5, Gray/yellow - RF speaker positive

#6, not connected

#7, White, LF speaker negative

#8, Green, RF speaker negative

#9, Black, ground connection

The car is probably pre-wired for a power antenna. Look in the trunk ahead of the spare tire for a 2-place female connector, black and green wires. The antenna plugs in there.

Good Luck,

Bob
