Electrical gremlins! 200 1989

Hi ,

Took my 240GL staionwagon to the car wash, and selected the premium program, meaning it was totally drenched by high pressure water jets. Once back home I turned the ignition key off, but the dashboard lighting, parkinglights and headlights remained on!

I simply could not turn off the darn lights. Last avail, open the fuse box (totally drenched as well!) and remove the last two fuses!

Never happened before, and I am completely clueless as to what I can do to fix the problem. Can it be the light relay's?
