Good Volvo Dealer / Mechanic in Central PA?

I was wondering if anyone has had experience with Shields Motor Company in State College, PA? I've heard things both good and bad about them. Also, does anyone know of a reputable independent volvo mechanic in Central PA? Is there are directory of independent volvo mechanics?
