1988/760 Turbo...Relays...Need Help Now 1988

The first thing I'd like to do is thank everyone that has contributed to this great site, the next thank you goes to whoever can help me with my present problem.

My 88 wagon has a problem with comming to a halt.

Past help I have got from this site has led me to the fuel pump relay as being my problem. I searched and found 10 of them mounted on a board behind the left kick pannel of the consul on the passengers side of the car. There are 3 rows of relays with all but one of them having a letter on them and each of them being colour coded.

Relay in position # "1" on the top row left also takes up the # "2" position on the second row and is black with the letters "A" and "E" on it. This relay gets warm to the touch when the car is driven.

Relay in position # "2" top row has the letter "B" on it and is green. This relay gets quite warm to the touch (bordering on hot) and is the one that I think is presently giving me my problems.

I intend to remove and try a repair on both relays as I think one of them is giving me my present trouble and the other one is about to create a problem with another system.

Now my dilemma;
How do I remove these relays to either replace them or to fix them? I have grasped them both firmly and both pulled and wiggled them to the point of being fearful of breaking something off and being in real trouble.
I have tried to find out how the relay mounting bracket is attached to the driveshaft tunnel but cannot find any screws or bolts securing it.
Is there a special tool to remove the relays? They are packed in so close to one and other I cannot see any clips or anything holding them in place.

This old body of mine will not bend or twist as it once used to, and when it tries I suffer for days.

Again I'm thanking in advance anyone that can help me.
