Yes, if it is from a 740. The 4.10 ratio came in normally aspirated 740s equipped with the AW70L transmission. Unfortunately this rear end is a 1030, the light duty rear end. Turbo cars have the 1031 heavy duty rear end. The 16 valve cars with AW72 also have the 4.10 ratio rear end. I have heard that this rear end is the 1031, but you need to verify.
