Grinding Brakes 200

I had this exact same thing happen to me on my 87 240. Did the brake job, new rotors, pads, and calipers all around. Bled (basically flushed) the system, and all seemed fine for about a week. Then I start hearing noise from the front right caliper. Sounds like gravel stuck between the pads and the rotors, and seems to occur on medium braking. During hard braking I don't hear it. I removed the pads, sanded them, and put the anti-squeal goo on. Seemed to be good for about another week and the grinding returned. It doesn't seem to affect braking, but it sure is aggravating as hell. Now that the weather has warmed up, I'm going to re-bleed the system. If that doesn't work, I'm going to change the pads. If that doesn't work, I'm going to look into the layout of the brake system. My feeling is that the right front set of pads isn't getting full fluid pressure and maybe there's some sort of diverter valve that isn't working properly. If I have any luck, I'll post my results.
