Possibly Acquiring a 1983 242 Turbo, help? 200 1983

I am thinking about getting this car near me.

I just got off the phone with the guy, and this is what he had to say (sorry these are the notes I took)

sat in MA for 2 years, from TX.. rust free
turbo leaks oil, even though there was a new turbo
custom tint
new volvo dark blue fabric
all is new except for floormats
possibly a little surface rust below
engine mount possibly gone
transmission needs adjustment (automatic) :-(
5 spoke turbo rims
center caps included
cooper cobra low profile tires 1/2 tread
new hood
sunroof
custom exaust
high flow cat converter 2.5" pipe all the way through
3 Inch tip.. glasspacks
small leak in downpipe
misc parts available
new paint
242 ti
'83
new brakes
probably around 150-200K miles, cause the odometer stopped


I have a turbo intercooled engine just laying around in my garage that I may use to swap parts in and out of. Thanks for the help.
