OBD Code 2-3-2 on B234F 16v 700

I had just had a hard-start sitiuation on my 89 740 16v now that it got a little colder (only seems to do it when cold) and i got the OBD code 2-3-2 (off Port#2) this says "Fuel Trim (lambda control) too lean or too rich at idle" BUT my Service-Engine light does NOT come on (it does when i turn the key on) How do i know where the problem is? Oxygen Sensor? Fuel Pressure? Bad Injector(s)? I also get fairly low fuel mileage (just recorded 16.7 MPG for this tank)... The oxygen sensor shouldn't be faulty, because i just changed it... (had to re-tap the converter after removing the old one!!)... Is there any instructions for installing a pressure test port for the fuel pressure (permanent installation??)
