electrical questions... 900 1993

I just purchased a 1993 940 in great shape that exhibits a couple of baffling electrical problems.

(1)- the electric fan stayed on a drained the battery,but a new fan relay seems to have solved that.
(2)- Is a slight power drain on and off affecting the ac fan normal while the car is stopped and idling?
(3)-The car stalled once after braking hard and wouldn't immediately start,but after 1-2 mins. did start and is driving fine now with no hints of a problem
(4)-The bulb warning light intermittently flickers when braking and the left turn signal even after changing brake and turn signal bulbs
(5)-The cruise control just quit

Sorry to be so wordy,but I wanted to see if these are isolated problems or connected-bought the car for my 17 yr.old daughter and want to be sure it is safe.
