Wind Noise 200 1984

Hi Robert!

I am probably posting the obvious but your least expensive choice would be to purchase door seals from a wrecker.I believe that from the 1989 model year Volvo installed a secondary seal around the window frame to fill in the space between the body and the door.I have installed them on my 1981 245 and the make a very noticeable improvement. You might want to look into the updated windshield moulding (late 80's) that also cuts down on wind noise. I have heard that the drip mouldings that the pre '86 turbos (GLTs as well?)had will smooth the airflow where they run down along each side of the windshield. They only came as a black trim. I hope this helps you out.
