yet another drum-pulling question 120-130

Shayne or Cameron (IPD) can possibly either loan/rent you one or tell you where
to find one.

The one I made looks like a hat made of 3/8" steel.
Lug bolt holes in the brim and the crown shallow enough that it presses
on the end of the axle when you put it over the lug bolts. Tighten
down the nuts and it pushes the axle through the hub.

There are other kinds but you gotta pull from the lug bolts. If you try
to grab the edge of the drum you'll mess it up.
