Horn switch on steering wheel 700 1986

Today after leaning on my horn at a stupid (really, she was) driver barrelling out of a parking lot, something happened to it, like an internal spring is busted or something. I am talking about the little black horn switch on the left hand side of my steering wheel. How does one get this apart and fix it? I see a little hole on the back side of the steering wheel that looks like it might correspond to the horn switch but I can't see any hex or philips or any kind of way to get it loose. Any ideas, folks? I just installed a new IPD horn that makes my car sound like a Ford, and it is embarrassing the way it keeps going off whenever it feels like it. Thanks.
