240 Wagon Tail lights- which years had which? 200

Hi,
I know at least the '75 245 had tail lights more like a 145, and that later models have tail lights that sort of wrap around the rear corners. I'm wondering in what year volvo switched the tail light style and if there are any other different styles. An also if any of them are interchangeable (I'd guess not). Sorry for the big string of questions. thanks for the help.
