runs fine, after long drive runs poorly at idle and smoke 200 1990

my 240 90 has given me problems that i cant understand. after a long drive the car runs bad smokes and pulls codes, 232 231 221 113, most are o2 sensor codes and injectors, i have a installed:
fuel pressure regulator
coolant temperature sensor
spark plugs (spitfire)
the AMM and idle valve have been checked and deemed good, the o2 sensor has 40,000 miles on it, so my question is could it be the impulse sensor? can that cause a fluctuating tach and smoke problems, or mabey the spark plugs or wires?
any help would be great the spark plug wires feel lose on the plug. again this problem occurs on longer drives, to l.a. from the valley usually. any help would be great thanks again
