i can't get no powah! 200

my 1980 262 c with a b21f transplanted engine has suddenly decided that hills are no fun. It was running poorly, so I did the usual--fuel filter, cap, rotor, plugs, wires and it now idles a bit smoother, but doesnt have any power once it warms up. at dead cold it is ok (just ok), but after running a minute or so it will barely pull itself up the driveway. injectors are wet--apparently getting SOME gas. no apparent vacuum leaks. any ideas?
