Turbo Return line. 200

I just solved an oil leak at the point the oil return line attaches to the turbo. Now the end going into the block is leaking. There is very little pressure but enough to push out an unacceptable amount of oil. I nearly lost my mind curing the leak at the top end of this pipe and if it wasn't for the help of a friend I would have.I DO NOT want to pull this thing off again. I thought about cleaning the port in the side of the block with carb cleaner and plugging around the pipe with RTV. Am I nuts, or is it worth a shot? If anyone has a product that might stick let me know.
