240 Turbo SMOKES A TON!!! Please HELP! 200 1984

I do not know much about the turbo 240's but I do know this thing starting smoking so much that cars behind me had to pull off the road because they couldn't see! The car hardly goes over 60mph and smokes every 30 seconds or so. The turbo does not pull good boost at all. I have had other DL's that were great, but this is scary.
