error 2-3-2 on 90 16 valve 700 1990

I have the same car but an 89, and it has had the same issue. The solution for me was the injector ground wires on the intake manifold were loose. Cleaning them and then making sure they were tight took care of the issue. After several months, the poor starting/running started again, and when I checked, one of the grounds was slightly loose. After tightening, all was well. Hope this is the answer for you.
