Transmission and differential gear ratio's 700

Does any one know a web site that lists the gear ratios for tannsmissions and the rear end ratios and differental type by model. Such as 1030 and 1031 and what ratios came in the manual tranny cars and what ratios came in the auto.
Since I'm not going to be happy running 3000 rpms at 72mph when I'm done changing from a auto to manual. The idea that changing the rear gears in this rear end will cost upwards of $800 is not an option I want to make. I use the car on the Highway a lot. My old 744 had a manual with an auto rear end and it was very quick. You want to improve your 0 - 100 times and have a manual pick up a auto rear end at the salvage yard. That was the best $150 I spent on performance. The down side it ran 2900 rpms at 70mph. I would like it to run about 2200-2300 at 70 mph.
