Flame Trap on a '93, finding and cleaning 200

Where exactly is it? Is it that "T" looking thing right under the fuel rod near the fire wall end? On little hose goes into the intake mani (I think), and a larger one goes elsewhere while making the unit a bit harded to pull straight out.

I tugged on what I think is the trap assembly and it popped right out, I popped it back for now.

If this indeed is it. Now how do I clean it?

Thanks in advance. I know the older ones are much worse to deal with and as such the board has far fewer posts on the newer ones.
