FCP or IPD or Flowmaster? which one? 200 200

just wonderin to the people who had responded to the april 20 & 25 threads called :

$95 Ebay Starla Exhaust Kits - how come nobody ever buys them? 200
and
Turbo Exhaust for my non-turbo arrived today... will I regret it? 200 1993

SORRY FOR THE LONG MESSAGE!! So far from these threads the IPD hi flow sports exhaust system #cs3c0242 is basically the same as the FCP Groton Exhaust Kit, all 77-93 240 models #240EXH? Are they the same in the way they were made?
Or am I wrong, and you have to chose all the little parts from FCP Groton catalog and make your own combination of a sport muffler. It just seems vague the way they post it, But I will give them a call. I would like to say that these exhuast systems all seem good, but I would like to see everyone's input.

1.IPD:
five to six increase horsepower
any loss to low end torque?
is alot more in $

2.FCP Groton:
increase in gas mileage
that there is loss to low end torque
Is this the right part #240EXH?
and there seems to be a small problem if installed wrong, this post came from miracleman49:

"There is a difference in the muffler inlet and outlet pipe sizes. if you install the muffler with the driver's side on the passenger's side of the car (which is VERY easy to do), you will then have the larger diameter pipe on the passenger side. when you attempt to put the axle pipe into the muffler, the clamp won't hold them together because it doesn't compress the muffler inlet pipe. the reason it doesn't compress the the inlet pipe is because it is not the muffler inlet pipe, it is the muffler outlet pipe. As such, it's end has not been cut/sliced to allow 'smashing' it with a clamp. I was trying to smash the end that SHOULD be fitted INTO the TAILPIPE. Hence, I torqued down on the clamp but the axle pipe slid right out again.

when i realized i made this mistake, i repositioned the muffler correctly and everything worked perfectly. "

3.Flowmaster:
seems to be universal

thaank you for your comments, these comments are appreciated. I am calling on tuesday for whichever is better.
