Heater fan source 140-160 1971

I'm about to tie into removing my heater fan motor. It sometimes starts working slowly if the switch is pulled to the first position while driving. It won't start while standing still and quits if the switch is pulled to the second position, then won't start when the switch is returned to the first position. It is possible that bearing lubrication may cure it as the beast just sat for about 12 years.

However, if the motor just has to be replaced, anybody know the hot source? I haven't found a motor listed, IPD or elsewhere, for 140s earlier than 1973.
