Thanks for your suggestions. After I had a good nights rest, I went out to check the idle system and the A/C. Here is what I found.

The idle was screwed in about half way and there was a fair amount of carbon buildup around the throttle valve. I cleaned all items and inspected everything per the FAQ'c. I can now set the idle with the screw without it dying when I disconnect the IAC. It seems to be idling better now. I figure the IAC was running pretty much at its max opening and couldnt operate in fine tune mode as it was carrying the whole load.

On the A/c I began tracing out the circuits and checked the other relays/sensors. Of all things I found a loose connection in an area not related to the work I performed. I guess it was marginal to begin with and final failed making a good connection. That solved that problem.

Next on my list of things to do is check out the 2 fuel pumps. I hear a bit of cyclic noise from the main pump like it might get a bit of air in it occasionally and cavitate. Car is running great btw, has plenty of torque and runs 70 mph easily. Is it possible I have a small hole in the internal tank lines? I do hear a more pronounce sound from the pumps when I am down to about 5 gallons in the tank.
