I have developed a recent problem with my auto climate controll system on my '86 760 ti. It does works sometimes but most of time it is constantly heating at half speed on the fan and continues to heat untill I am forced to turn it to the off position for fear of heat stroke. And when I apply the brakes the fan wil speed up to full blast, it then swithces to blowing cold air for about 5 seconds then resumes baking me.

Also I was planning on refilling the A/C system via some black market freon, but when I tested the compressor for operation by bypassing the switch on the aluminum can thing under the hood, the compressor turns on just fine but it also never turns off regardless of the temp controll position, thus I fear being frozen to death if I did refill the system. ANY help is greatly appreaciated.
