Adding A/C to 1969 164 140-160

I used the old york brackets, drilled new holes to lower it down by about an inch. Layed the compressor, lined it up, and welded "ears" on the old york bracket so I could bolt the comp up. (this is a sandens unit I used.) And got an alternator adjusting bracket, mounted it under the thermostat, and hooked it up by the top "ear" of the comp. Looks very neat and clean, and also doesn't need an extra adjusting pulley. I got pictures if you want.

bye bye.
