700 cranks only if rear of car is elevated and bumps ignition short strokes 700

My 700 rearwheel drive has a strange problem it only crankes if i elevate the rear of car 2+ feet and us short strokes to crank. Is this a indicator me fuel pump is bad. I have a half of tank of gas. when it does crank it has a ruff idle. Like one injector is fireing intermitten then it revs up like the injector is firing correctly. all injectors are getting power when i disconnect the second injector on the driver side no change it acts like it runs better could this be a poor injector. sprayed wd40 around o-rings no change in runnability.
