3 Quick Questions 1800 1972

Greetings,

1) Did any P1800's come with cruise control from the factory?
2) What are some ideas for identifying rust under decent lookinbg paint? I know the general ways, but how do you do it??

3) I have a pulley for the A/C system that is frozen. Can a new one be purchased or should I try to rebuild the current one? I heve not taken it off the car yet so I'm not sure how it works...

P.S. Have'nt done much with the 66 lately as I've been too busy.
What do you think about this: I think I am going to rid the 66 of the stock gas tank and add a steel plate in it's place. Then I'll add an in-trunk aftermarket gas tank. I decided I'm going to make as fast as I'm capable of and customize it as needed. I'll leave the 72 all original.
