96' 960 engine miss firing 900

If I do not drive over the weekend, I always find the engine shakes for 10-15 seconds when started on Monday morning. It sounds like some cylinders are not firing. I've been using Bosch platinum+4 since 30k. Is it time to put in new plugs, or is it something else? Could anyone share the experience and solution?
