low power/low oil pressure 200 1983

hello than for any help you can give me

my 240 turbo has been giving me a low pressure messure, i changed the oil pump and for about 15 miles the problem was solved, afther that the problem caim back, with a particular gas smell in the oil?.

also i lacks power on hills, and on flat surface the top speed is 50 mph.

the fuel pump is new, the in thank pump is new, the fuel filther has only 1k miles, new bosh platinum plugs and wires as well as coil.

the time in the engien is the one on the sticker on the car, the car has only 180k miles so i realy dont think is the bearing (no nocking). the oil filter is a fram(the told me is not good, any opinion)

so please any help
