Is the B21 suitable to turbo, or should I swap in a b23 turbo motor? 200

I have a '78 242, with a normally aspirated B21...I was going to do the V8 conversion, but decided against it for multiple reasons.....

So, would it be feasible to turbo and intercool my B21 engine with parts sourced from the auto wreckers and such or would I be better off getting a B23 turbo motor from a 7xx series car?

Can the basic B21 block and rotating assembly handle the stress and boost?
If I can get the hp level in the 175 to 225 range I'd be more than happy.

Thanks
