Gotcha...thanks. I know the feeling with loose sidewalls/grippy tread. Anyone would after driving a XK120 I suppose...

ANd no, I'm not necessarily done driving fast. I'm just done doing it on public roads. And the 164 was never meant to be a race car. Although...it would be nice on long distance rallyes... Hmmmmm....
