Compressor shot 200

A reman I put in my 84 only lasted about 20,000 miles, with a York. Being that yours is a 92 then you probably have a diesel kiki, which is a lot better than a York. The best route is always to put a new compressor in, you just won't get the same life expectancy out of a reman that you will out of a new one. I have never heard of changing the oil in the compressor annually. In order to do that the compressor must removed, seems like a lot of work for nothing.
