air fuel gauge 200 1978

what does it take to hook up an air/fuel gauge to my '78 245 (B21F)? do i have an air mass meter on my model? wouldnt i need one of those? im not looking for anything fancy, i just want something cheap i can hook up and watch while im driving. i'm having a lot of idle, burning oil, and just general fuel problems, so i think if i drive with one going i can maybe match ratios to certain behaviors of the car.
