Broken Speedometer Cable--Again 1800

A stiff speedo input. They get dry and the torque demanded breaks the cables. You'll likely need to take the speedo out and set it face down and let a little light oil soak down into it. Not something that will dry up like WD40 or PBlaster.

Either that or a kink or sharp bend in the housing? Or sometimes if it rests on top of the ex. pipe gets cooked.
