Sparkplugs 200 1981

Hey, I read in the new IPD catalog that they don't recommend platinum plugs for older Volvo engines, they recommend the NGK copper core and a Bosch copper plug. I am running Bosch platinums right now and have been very happy with them, is this a mistake? Does anyone know why this is? Just read that and got to thinking. What kind of plugs do you guys use? My B21F was noticebly smoother with the platinum, but who knows, I might be doing something not so good. Input would be appreciated. --Matt
