timing belt install help 200

Today I have installed a new timing belt and seals for the first time on my 86 240, manual 4speed with O/D, it seemed to go ok, and the car starts and runs.

Upon checking, I notice that the crank pulley is wobbling like crazy.
I disassembled everything again, thinking the pulley wasn't tight or aligned with the key on the crank, but everything seemed ok and tight.

Any help, advice, and opinions would be greatly appreciated so that I can safely drive my car home from the garage where I'm working.
Thanks in advance - Ricko
