front bushing questions 200

Hi all. I just purchased a 1983 244 na for my son. The problem it has is a bent lower control arm(not nessecarily the right term the triangular sheatmetal piece that connects the front subfrane to the lower ball joint)due to a violent blow-out. I can`t get the bolts out of the rubber(the nuts came off with relative ease ) any suggestions or tricks on how to do this (remove the front most bolts)would be greatly appreciated. Also does anyone know of a sourse of polyurathane bushings for this car(ipd sels only rubber)? Thank you
