Heater fan motor 140-160 1971

I Finally pulled out the heater assembly yesterday. I was disappointed to find the motor was spinning freely, but lubed it anyway and tried it. It starts okay with a push on low but then slows or stops. On high it does a magnetic lockup. I checked with the local Volvo dealer $250+ and that is just the list price, they said it wasn't for sure that it was available. Any used or foreign sources or suggestions from anyone who has been down this road welcome!
