Hood Mounting 200 1979

After a fender bender I'm putting a new hood on "Pumpkin" and I've always to get a hood lined up along the fenders and the cowl, but had always had a problen in one area - even and the 140s after an engine swap. That is getting both back corners of the hood level with the fenders. Front's easy, as there are the leveling rubber "feet", byut how is the back leveled?
