Inner tie rod end? How and where? 200

I thought my steering rack was going south, but after posting here and checking out the slack........I can see thru the torn boot that my drivers side inner tie rod(the one inside the boot) is sloppy.......Can this be replaced? OR do I have to by a new rack? My Haynes manual mentions nothing about an inner tie rod end replacement......I didnt see them for sale on IPD's website.......just the outer tie rod ends.......Do I need to just buy new tie rods or are they integral with the rack?...........Thanks in advance.......Bob
